Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe?
As a user I would like to see the virt-v2v conversion error details on UI. This will enable to me debug conversion problems faster without sshing into the VJB VM.
Detailed Description
Any indication on UI for actual failure in v2v logs should be fine. Currently it just shows "exited with error code 1"
