Add the change layout option in the new web editor

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I often create very wide diagrams that require a horizontal layout for proper visualization. In the original web editor, I could preview my diagram in a full-page-like layout while still editing the code. However, in the new web editor, the preview div can only be expanded horizontally by dragging it to the left, covering the code editor in the process.

Describe the solution you'd like.
I’d like the option to switch between a vertical (side-by-side: left/right) and a horizontal (stacked: top/bottom) layout, like the original web editor has.

Describe alternatives you've considered.
Currently, I resize the preview div whenever I need to check the results and then shrink it again to continue writing, but this is inefficient. The ability to switch to a vertical split-view layout would significantly improve the workflow.

There is a feature to undock the diagram, open the diagram in an additional window. That way everybody should be able to arrange the position of the code and diagram by themself and even use multiple monitors. Maybe this feature is want you are searching for.
