Currently the CI pipeline is on wings.pivotal.io, which is a deprecated service. Notably, the wings certificate has expired and this appears to cause test errors.

I need to move the pipeline to hush-house.pivotal.io, which is the new hotness.

(Hopefully in future there will be an even more-official-er option).
