Add possibility to permit / restrict licenses based on regex

For some packages groups (eg, internal packages) it would be great to add the possibility to permit / restrict licenses based on a regex.

As an example internal/package-1, internal/package-2 and internal/package-3 could be added in a row simply by making the command license_finder permitted_licenses add internal/*

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.
