HTML5 has this sweet "details" thing, and Github Markdown supports it.

This could let us elaborate on the meaning of a skill, without making the definition super long

Changes to make:

YAML skill definitions have a "details" block?
Update markdown renderer

rainmaker added tooling unscheduled labels
