eti to ts ?

Hi

I would need to generate a mpeg2ts DVB compliant transportstream for radio insertion in DVB-C multiplex network. 
One idea os to use the ODR Audio Encoder but I would need some conversion to .ts. 
The cable company accepts either mpeg2ts multicast on dedicated IP circuit or SRT/RIST over internet.

Any idea?
