Outdated Hibernate dialect

As of Hibernate 7.0, TiDB was moved to a community dialect, so it now reads org.hibernate.community.dialect.TiDBDialect instead of org.hibernate.dialect.TiDBDialect

This is due to https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-19361

Are there plans or discussions to make TiDB again a supported dialect?
