tikv内存调优
这个文档中提到在[storage.block-cache]下有一个capacity参数，如果是一个节点部署了多个tikv server需要显式配置，但是这里给出的数值是1GB, 没有理解这里为什么会这样设置？
还是说不管任何情况下，这个数值都是1GB就可以了？同时不明确该参数和rocksdb.defaultcf.block-cache-size参数的差异?
