I'm not sure if this is the right place to report this, but the current documentation download available from https://www.php.net/download-docs.php (English - Many HTML files - Date: 3 Feb 2025) has some layout issues.

Note the horizontal scrollbar and the list bullets in the top navigation bar.

I tried building this myself using the instructions at https://doc.php.net/guide/local-setup.md and got the same result.
