Hi. Invocatiion \Amp\Promise\wait() in \Http\Adapter\Artax\Client::sendRequest() is not allow to use this adapter within a running event loop. Are you planning to add ability to use this adapter in asynchronous context (For example, in aerys webserver)?

See #11, but you're probably better off using Artax directly there.
