For instance, socket read timeout should be greater than 2x the heartbeat timeout. See #713 and other issues related to timeouts.

Sometimes,client connection read timeout,as image,connection reset(RST) was set. And server not sent
Connection.Start-ok command.

@ramunasd I am putting this back into 4.0.0 as people are (rudely) continuing to ask when 3.0.0 will ship. We've dealt with the current timeout values for this long.
