Try debug menu- reload without extensions and see if the issue still persists. If so, its one of the extensions.

@Skatos7, I'm not entirely sure, but I think the Beautify extension might be causing the issue. Phoenix Code already has built-in support for Beautify, so you can safely uninstall the extension.
