Page won't publish

Hello,

I'm new to HTML and CSS, I am currently working on an assignment for a web design class. I tried to publish my page so I can submit my assignment, but the program shows a perpetual loading symbol that says "Sync in progress for preview". This assignment is due April 8th. Any assistance would be appreciated.

2. Is it a large project?
3. Is publish working on other machines in your school?

One way is to open the project in incognito window in chrome in https://phcode.dev and try to publish it from there.
