`ceShortCutTraceStore:` has unimplemented method

Hi @kumom , I think we can remove this method and the users. This is a debugging shortcut. If you check, the only users of this is in the methods called generateTracingTrampolines, and it's inside a simulation guard self cCode: [] inSmalltalk: [....

So I think it's safe to remove the simulation guard too.
This will make full system simulation just a bit slower, but we are optimising for maintainability lately.
