Description
Using the OBS package I get the following:
pi@Pi5:~/test $ sudo apt install ../Downloads/pharo_10.3.5-1_arm64.deb
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done

Note, selecting 'pharo' instead of '../Downloads/pharo_10.3.5-1_arm64.deb'

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

I used a fresh Raspbian 12 image on a Pi 5.
