BlElement: merge tree-related "children" protocols? #697

BlElement has many methods and protocols. More than 100 methods belong to the domain of trees (this is add/remove, enumerate, test, announce changes). Maybe these protocols can be merged so at least they are all gathered in a single protocol:

Side note, I don't see a reason to have some protocols prefixed by "api -" and others not.
