feature: Ability to rename OICD provider in UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When using the OICD login method with a selfprovided OpenID/Oauth identify provider, the login prompt just displays 'OpenID' next to the OpenID logo. This is not representative of what the login method is at all and should be customizable to better represent what the provider actually is (e.g. Authentik logo with the name "Authentik" next to it).

Describe the solution you'd like.

Add the ability to name an OpenID provider that gets reflected in the login prompt.
