Investigate save and restart issues with causing mcu to disconnect

Anecdotally if you save and then manually restart klipper there is no issue, so perhaps we can work around this issue by adding a pause between the save and restart in moonraker.

Had multiple different save and restart buttons from the .cfg page cause this issue. Save from .cfg page and restart via any other means has yet to cause it.
