Create a script to generate a support package for easier diagnostics

So a macro which will do the following:

Run config-overrides.sh to generate latest changes
Record the SHA and fork url of Klipper
Record the SHA of cartographer-klipper (if applicable)
Tar up this info plus the klippy.log into a gz file, either copy it to the config directory, or investigate uploading it to a web site which can then provide a URL, and user can post the URL so I can download.
