Can support of doi be added?

I believe the library currently does not support doi. I think it will help to use the doi-based URL when a url field does not exist. When both url and doi exist, it will help to allow either be selected for display. Note that some BibTeX items simply use the doi-based URL for the url field so this can be checked to know if these two fields need separate handling.
