In this case, would there be any difference in the report_power results depending on whether there are set_load -pin_load/-wire_load constraints on the output port? |

@jjcherry56 @maliberty "report_power" traverses all the pins of all instances to calculate the power consumption, but it does not calculate the power of the IO ports in the overall design?
