eth_callBundle base fee

Hi, I'm trying to use reth to simulate mev transactions on the pending block.
What I do is:

1. Sign all needed transactions
2. Call eth_callBundle with pending block number (latest +1) as blockNumber, since I want my bundle to be simulated in pending block, and lastest block number as stateBlockNumber, since I want it to have state of the latest block number, but seems like together with state base fee is taken as base fee for simulation, and sometimes my bundle can fail, since I set maxFeePerGas to base fee for pending block, is there an option to override base fee for callBundle?

And shouldn't I use callbundle with pending block number as blockNumber and "pending" as stateBlockNumber to properly simulate bundle on top of the pending block?
