Make a better day sleep timer #1292
Description
During the day time a unit will currently sleep for 10 minutes before checking whether it is time to observe or not. Ideally it should figure out when the next sunset is and sleep for 10+ hours.
The motivation for this change is to reduce the noise in the log files, so this could potentially be handled in another way but I think a smarter timer is the best.
