[Bug] Starter Rotom forgot all moves

Describe the bug

I started the game with a team including Rotom (Heat). The first time I went to use him in battle (wave 6), it had no moves. I then checked and confirmed that indeed, it had no moves.

When switching to the moves pane for Rotom, it shows the power and accuracy for the last move highlighted by another Pokemon.

Other starter Pokemon appear to have expected moves and stats.

Reproduction

1. Add Rotom to starting team
2. Unsure
   a. I did change forms after it was on the team, which is the only active thing I can think of that caused this
   b. Rotom did start with Pokerus as well.
3. Check Rotom's moves

Expected behavior

Rotom should have moves.

In my particular case, two moves were egg moves, in case that ends up mattering.

If a pokemon starts with two of the same move, that is what causes this situation from my knowledge

Hmm, interesting - unless the log indicates otherwise, I don't believe there should have been a repeat. Here is a screenshot of the Rotom "setup" I selected before entering the run.
