[Bug] (Legendary) Egg disappears in the Egg List

Describe the bug

I've noticed this happen 2 times recently, not sure of the time window but definitely after Jan 25th, and just now.

I am 100% certain I had 2 legendary eggs hatching in the egg list right after i gacha them, and when I look at the egg list sometime after the gacha, I only see 1 legendary egg.

I'm not sure if it happens to other rarity eggs, but I recognized this since I'm sure I saw 2 legendaries.
I only found this out since I'm trying to get the last Yveltal before Eternatus, so I was sensitive about the Legendary eggs.

Reproduction

(I'm speedrunning classic runs)
At the end of a classic run, spend all tickets on Shiny UP! (don't know if it matters, I always use this)
See 2 legendary eggs. (not sure if from separate pulls, or in a single 5/10 pull)
Check if egg list has 2 legendary eggs.
Start another classic run.
Sometime before 100 wave (before it hatches) check the egg list to see only 1 legendary egg.

Expected behavior

See 2 legendary eggs.
