Missing thumbnails in /latest following migration

Description

Some articles are missing thumbnails on /latest.

This was hidden by a bug in how articles were rendered on the /latest page, using the wordpress metadata instead of the gdocs metadata (see #3364). Fixing this rendering bug exposed the missing featured image on the migrated gdocs.

A good first step would be to write a query and figure out for how many pages this is an issue. If there aren't too many, manually editing the archieml in the gdocs for those would probably be the way to go
