browser anonymiser not working

hello,
not sure if this is a bug or not but i enabled all option except dns changer and reboot my laptop.i opened terminal and ran ifconfig to see if my ip and stuff had changed it did but upon opening firefox on linux mint cinnamon and going to dnsleak.com it give my exact location so i reopened terminal and ran the --status and it says that the browser anonymizer is only supported in firefox and its not installed on the system even tho it is.

I have found an issue on web ip check ipv4 is randomanonymized but ipv6 is not anonym its an verry fatal bug for this anonymization tool check please before going on web browsing
