Scrollbar disappeared on CDS UI in 0.53 version

After upgrading from 0.52 to 0.53 CDS version the scrollbar is not visible on UI.
Example for reproduction:

• Under a project's workflow clicking on the Run workfow button a popup appears. In case we have many pipeline parameters that do not fit on the screen, a scrollbar was visible in 0.52. Not we can only use Page Down on keyboard or mouse scroll to reach the bottom
• When double clicking on a pipeline to see its logs, the texbox for the logs don't have a scrollbar either. Page Down and mouse scroll works.

We experienced the lack of scroll bar in Chrome 118.0.5993.118 (64-bit) and MS Edge 118.0.2088.76 (64 bit) in Windows 10 and Ubuntu as well.
In Firefox 119.0 it is visible.
