Hi Shujun,

Thank you for producing this tool! I have a question about the results of *.sum file.
I wanted to compare my results with those in previous studies. We both used EDTA to annotate the repeats, but with different version.
In previous study, they used EDTA v1.8.5, however, I used v2.0.1
The results of sum file is different.
By checking other studies, I wonder if I could interpret the results like this?

v1.8.5 results | v2.0.1 results
DNA/DTT+ MITE/DTT == Tc1 Mariner;
DNA/DTA + MITE/DTA == hAT;
DNA/DTM + MITE/DTM == Mutator;
DNA/DTH + MITE/DTH == PIF_Harbinger;
DNA/DTC + MITE/DTC == CACTA;

Best,

Luxet
