All the transformation modes currently implemented (transformation based and target based) are symmetrical.

Allowing transformations to be performed on only one side of the "rootframe" will allow the creation of non-symmetric transformations.

May implement this tool to just only smooth a transformation on one "side" of the root.

If implemented this way, the user can use this option and a B-Scaling transformation to speed up a body on its way to a target, but leave alone the nodes on the other side of the target
