Explore rendering options for changed features

In the PD pilot, mapped tunnels were difficult to identify by validators. We need to explore options to make features changed during mapping render differently or some other way of making validation easier in these use cases.

Or maybe easier, adjust the rendering of tunnels to be more distinct from the railroad.
