Describe the bug
When clicking on projects around the map, the project cards are not always shown. There seems to be an issue particularly with low number projects (<100?). My recent project (377) has the correct behavior. Also sometimes the pins disappear (first screenshot). The main HOT task manager Explore Projects does not have this behavior.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://tasks.openstreetmap.us/explore
  2. Toggle to show the map
  3. Zoom to a task are (ex: Arizona)
  4. Click projects in that area (377 has the right behavior, most projects show nothing, project 90 showed the wrong card)

Expected behavior
I expect the filter to show the correct project card on the left pane

Weird bug, thanks for reporting! The issue seems to arise from the fact that TM isn't actually filtering by project number, it's just searching #73 or whatever as text. If you search 73 then the right project comes up, but other stuff might as well. Url encoding of the # might be a problem. The issue might not come up on HOT because all the projects there have four-digit codes already? There shouldn't be any other different in the implementation.
