While I think you could be right, using Overpass Turbo shows almost all of the current entries within OSM using the non-space version, and this is likely where the NSI got its initial dataset from (by scanning the planet file and seeing over 50 uses of H.Samuel)
Because of that, I'd be inclined to leave it as it is, unless someone is willing to go through all the current OSM entries and update them as well.
I think the name tag for "H.Samuel" https://nsi.guide/index.html?t=brands&k=shop&v=jewelry#hsamuel-f07ca3 should be changed to "H. Samuel" (with a space), maybe the brand tag should have the space too.
The wikidata has the space - https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q5628558
The website has the space too- most of the time - https://www.hsamuel.co.uk/about-us - it seems to have it for the name of the firm, and without as the brand.
