Sanitize displayed links

Currently the wiki displays links of the form

https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Trademark_Policy

this is not particularly good looking nor does it convey a lot of trust. Displayed links should be rewritten to something like

https://osmfoundation.org/Trademark_Policy

(that works even now btw).

Not really a thing of the theme but I can see why you would report that here.
On the topic: Yes, I agree. This was also brought up by @harry-wood.
I'm leaving it open here but likely has to be solved on the chef repo.
