Utilizing surveillance in routing

I’m not sure what all the implications involved would be / if it’s possible with how cameras are mapped. But is there anyway to have OSMAnd route around surveillance cameras / avoid streets with cameras? Specifically around my area there are a lot of automatic license plate detection cameras that are capturing every single car that passes, but they’re only on certain roads.
