Incorrect display of roundabout movement in route details

Description

Android issue

1. When building a route in London that passes through a roundabout - the roundabout is not displayed correctly in the route details and in the widget (Automatic region after restoring to default values)

Note for 1

If using the automatic region again (manually), the data in the widget and in the route details is displayed correctly.
That is, the error appears only after the profile automatically switches to the Automatic region after resetting the profile settings to the default ones

2. If Europe is selected as the region, the data in the widget and in the route details are displayed as for Europe, not for the United Kingdom

Steps to reproduce

1. Menu > Settings > Driving profile > Reset to default (Auto region is selected)
2. Navigation from 51.51748° N, 0.09449° W to 51.51977° N, 0.09755° W > Detail - Bug > Start simulation - Widget during navigation - Bug
3. Menu > Settings > Driving profile > General setting > Driving region > Europe
4. Navigation from 51.51748° N, 0.09449° W to 51.51977° N, 0.09755° W > Detail - Incorrect (like for Europe) > Start simulation - Widget during navigation - Incorrect (like for Europe)
5. Menu > Settings > Driving profile > General setting > Driving region > Auto
6. Navigation from 51.51748° N, 0.09449° W to 51.51977° N, 0.09755° W > Detail - Correct > Start simulation - Widget during navigation - Correct

Actual result

After the settings have been restored to the default (Automatic region)

Europe region selected

Expected result

After the settings have been restored to the default, it should work like Auto region selected manually

For the European region, the data in the Details and Widget should be identical to the data displayed on the map (If navigation is conducted in countries with left-hand traffic)
