Carplay doesn't allow panning the map and very laggy

Hi!

Main issue I have with Carplay using iphone 12 right now is that panning the map view is not possible as the app keeps forcing the map display back to the gps location immeditely after I lift my finger off the screen.
Also there seems to be very long delays on input at times but that is not happening all the time.

After I force close the Osmand app on my phone the map panning works ONE TIME. But when I click the center back to gps location button it never refuses to let go. Killing the app always works as a one time solution but that is very frustrating as the main purpose for using a carplay device is to not have to touch the phone all the time.
