The destination=* key is well supported by OsmAnd.
However, its display could be improved.

Here's how it's shown with OsmAnd:
270px-android-osmand-destination

And here's what it looks like with MapFactor Navigator:
270px-mapfactor_navigator_free-destination

(Notice that OsmAnd correctly shows that we should go on the third lane only, because, the fourth one then goes elsewhere)
However, two things are less good with OsmAnd:

  • the correct lanes are not visible enough (they're much too small, smaller than the next turn arrow)
  • there is no mock signpost to help us identify the right direction

Maybe the correct lanes could be shown bigger and at the bottom, and the destinations ribbon replaced by a mock signpost between the next turn arrow and the right panel?

For reference, here's what it looks like on Garmin:

And on TomTom:

The fullscreen TomTom one may not be that great because with multiple lane changes it can be difficult to keep track.
