A tool like this for building outlines would be an excellent way of rapidly improving / adding building data to osm. https://data.linz.govt.nz/layer/101292-nz-building-outlines-all-sources/

hey, at the moment buildings from LINZ can be imported using the original RapiD editor, however RapiD doesn't have a way to track the import progress.

It would be great to identify which parts of the country need attention. At the moment all we have is this tool.
