Questions related to the right approach

1. Is it correct to use router.push(...) in vuex action ?
2. Is it correct to use $snotify(https://www.npmjs.com/package/vue-snotify) in vuex action ?

I know that I can use this approach to instantiate vue in action, but is it correct or do I need to use router.push(...) and $snotify in .vue files ?

It is not prohibited to use router and $snotify inside Vuex, but probably it is logical to keep in Vuex the code which is connected with Vuex state manipulations only
