To make a proposal for the requirements criteria of modules to be supported by TEKSI, here is proposed to assess what actual TEKSI modules have and what are the essential/minimal "functionnalities" would be required/developped :

The module :

• is easy to use
• is fast and efficient
• support consultation process
• support edition process
• support import and export processes
• support print process
• support upgrade process
• support right management process
• has an online documentation (en/fr/de at least) describing :
  • how to use it
  • how to install it
  • how to manage it
  • how to contribute to it
• is QGIS based
• is Postgresql/Postgis based ?
• is open source meaning :
  • the code is available on GitHub or equivalent
  • the code accepts contributions
