Invalid input syntax for type json.

I am seeing this error when i go to my table. I am guessing something was uploaded that had the wrong syntax. I tried updating the fields through my app, but that didnt work. And the table in the DB doesnt load so I cant change the values manually either.

Anybody know what i can do?
