Address Duplication first time.

Hi,
I am using Spree Commerce in my project and facing an issue with address creation. When I create an address for the first time somehow it is duplicated, but it works fine from 2nd time onwards. I have not made many changes to the existing spree_frontend code. Can anyone here please help me with this. If I remove this override file it still duplicates the first time using already existing spree_frontend code
This is my addresss_controller_decorator.rb file
