This message is no longer available

Hello!
I checked my failed outgoing messages today and tried to resend a failed one, but I get an error message saying "This message is not longer available". I havent seen that before, why does it happen? Message is not even a week old.

You should be able to see the current retention settings for this server in the UI

You can see that in this example raw messages will be deleted EITHER after 30 days OR when there is more than 2 GB of it.

Once the raw message has been removed, the message cannot be sent again as only the basic information is kept.

If the message is only a week old then I'd imagine that it hit the storage limit.

If you can get into the advanced settings, you can increase this number

Oh, I see, so the message is still listed but the raw is deleted? Okay, I have increased the size now, hopefully that will prevent future problems. Thanks for the help! =)
