Issue on incoming email

im facing issue with incoming email, when i check this port 25 it wash occupid on tcp LISTEN 0 4096 127.0.0.1:25 0.0.0.0:* users:(("ruby",pid=15413,fd=5))

how can i change blind address there

This can be changed in the config file (or environment if you're using that instead)

but it might be worth figuring out what is using that port, if you try sudo netstat -lnp, that should be enough to tell you what is there and then you can see if you need to remove it to avoid confusion in the future.
