Bug. A directory that does not exist shows in project tree

i renamed a folder from lowercase to Pascal case. It now it shows it as 2 folders. See image ..Controllers and controllers

if this is a cache thing, the appneeds a clear cache feature.
but i do not think that is the case, i clear cache...probem did not resolve
