Invite mentor's suggestion to improve graduation criteria

Summary

We have recently updated the graduation criteria for OLS-9 to address some concerns that emerged from the cohort participation in mentor-mentee meeting: https://we-are-ols.org/openseeds/cohort-procedures-and-templates/graduation-guide.html

What is this issue for

Here we are inviting feedback from Mentors on improving this documentation, specifically for Nebula (where project work is not 'that' important) and other types of training.

Current requirements for Nebula:

• 5 minute presentation highlighting learning process, any project work (if applicable) or other outcomes as part of the training (imaging this presentation in the most varied format- also discussed here but not final in our current guidelines)
• Openly deposit presentation/report on Zenodo OLS community
• Fill in final feedback form
