Could not boot FreeBSD

Hello.
Could you tell me why it is not possible to download and start FreeBSD (for example, versions 12, 13) via netboot?
I guess because of incompatibility with UEFI, is it so?
I'm using the latest version of iPXE 1.21.1, so it should support .img images
My settings for downloading and running FreeBSD are copied from the netboot.xyz repository and are absolutely identical to it.

So, the FreeBSD image that I checked and it works locally, but I can't run it over the network using sanboot: https://mfsbsd.vx.sk/files/images/12/amd64/mfsbsd-se-12.2-RELEASE-amd64.img

Is there any suggestion what the problem is?

The problem was that I was running sanboot via EFI-mode and not via SMBIOS.
So, images from the source mfsbsd.vx.sk workers using sanboot work in UEFI and Legacy BIOS mode. The issue is resolved.
