Advanced Paste with time signatures

I really think issue #15590 should be revisited in musescore 5 since it's quite confusing and finnicky for new (and regular) musescore users to paste music that switches time signatures.

Another user mentioned this too but I also think a great way of implementing this could be to draw inspiration from Excel's Paste Special option where you can choose exactly what to paste, with a default setting of Paste All (including time signatures).

A little menu/bar could pop up when you paste like excel and if you press control it would expand to show options.

One option could be paste notes only which only pastes the notes and corresponding rhythm without any expression text like dynamics, staccato or lyrics.

Sibelius does this quite well with their filter select feature so you can choose exactly what you're copying but I think a combination of the excel and Sibelius way could be a great way to do this.
