Version 2 - Incompatible with Ipad and Android when posted on github.io

This is a heads-up for anyone planning to use Version 2 on an iPad or Android device. While top-level links function correctly, second-level links return 404 errors. Interestingly, the same pages work fine on Windows machines using both Firefox and Chrome.

However, when hosted on GitHub Pages and accessed from iPand and Android devices, those same pages result in 404 errors. Additionally, CSS files load inconsistently—some work, some don’t. Finally, if your environment variables aren't set correctly, you could end up with a real mess.
